This guide will introduce you to leveling in World of Warcraft. Additionally, it will contain helpful information to speed up the process and get you to max level quickly, regardless of whether you are a new player, or an experienced one that is trying to level up your alts.
1-10
The fastest way to get level 10 is to pick one of allied races. If you chose to play not an allied race there are two ways: you either choose Exile's Reach or your race’s starting location. Practically it seems like it’s faster to pick the racial starting location, but the difference in time is not so significant, so it’s up to you, whether to try brand new location for newbies or to spend 5-10 min less for leveling form level 1 to 10.
10-50
After you reached level 10, you can go straight to BFA quests or you can go to Chromie and pick another expansion. The amount of time you need to reach level 50 in different expansions is various. So, let’s take a look at average time for leveling in each expansion.
The amount of time shown here is approximate and can fluctuate depending on your skill and some minor factors, such as gear, boosts, class, specialization and so on. However, conventional decision for fast leveling is Warlords of Draenor.
Warlords of Draenor – How to Skip Opening Questline
If you have been through the Warlords of Draenor opening questline where you assist Archmage Khadgar and are introduced to the Iron Horde, you can skip nearly all of it with this method.
Select the WoD Timewalking Campaign from Chromie.
Accept the ride to Blasted Lands from the Archmage.
Once you are in the Blasted Lands, abandon the Warlords of Draenor: The Dark Portal quest. This method will not work if you leave the quest in your log.
When you reach the Dark Portal, instead of talking to Khadgar, run through the portal. You’ll come out at the crash site, at the beginning of the part where you actually open your garrison.
From level 50 to 60 in Shadowlands
Since the new addon Shadowlands, which appeared on November 24th, 2020, the maximum level jumped from 50 to 60 and brings some changes with it due to the new zones. For example, your goal is no longer just to reach level 60, but also to complete the WoW story at the same time to start choosing your pact.
You must also have reached a certain level before you can venture into a new area. Here you can see all the minimum levels for the areas:
null
Maldraxxus: Level 53
Ardenwald: Level 55
Revendreth: Level 58
So if you have completed the campaign in the respective area, but have not yet reached the minimum level for the new area, you still have to accept side quests or simply beat up monsters to reach it. The YouTube team BellularGaming gives you a lot of tips in their current video on how you can avoid the problem:
In order to reach Level 60 and start a real game, the player must follow a variety of factors and build the right strategy in such a way that the priorities set out help avoiding mistakes and time costs, instead of maximizing the benefits that the game provides. It is worth considering the difference between WoW Vanilla and the usual modern game. All this requires experience and preparation, so players are unlikely to be able to avoid the adaptation period and mistakes that slow down Character’s development. https://www.igvault.com/WoW-Boosting-Items is a company that values the time of their clients, so we won’t waste yours with not proven players.
